Les Cailloux Cuvée Centenaire André Brunel 2019 Valpolicella Classico Superiore ending with a long andCuve Centenaire is produced only in the most exceptional years from 125 year old vines, which yield 15 20 hl ha. The soil is rich in blue clay with a high graphite content, which gives the wine a characteristic mineral flavor. The Mistral wind protects the vineyards from humidity and mold, which contributes to the depth and complexity of the wine. Each grape variety (84% Grenache, 10% Mourvdre, 6% Syrah for the 2019 vintage) is fermented separately
