Power Band Light Faction Made from soft cotton fabricGymstick Power Bands are a closed loop resistance band. They are much stronger and more durable than other commonly used resistance bands. Power Bands can be used for strength and power training, speed and agility training, jumping and plyometric exercises, flexibility and joint mobility. Each Power Band is a 104cm loop (total band length 208cm) and can be safely stretched 250% from their original length. Available in five different resistance levels.
