Rockaille is local slang for the volcanic rocks (basalt) that we can still find in the soil of the vinyards with Vince. The jump to come up with the name Rockaille Billy was only a small one. 100% gamay d'auvergne that is typically a bit more rustic and concentrated than the Beaujolais gamay.
