Cava Rosé, Pinot Noir, Alsina & Sardà 4. Cru licorice and smokeCharacterized by an extremely fine mousse as a result of the long bottle aging with the yeast residues. In the fragrance you will find graceful tones of rose, raspberry, raisin and a touch of rye kernel. The taste is rich and full bodied, and gifted with a perfect balance between fruit and freshness this formidable ros simply dances on the tongue.
